Michelle Rodger interviews Pat Kane
On 16th January 2016, we met up with Pat Kane in the CCA for an interview with Michelle Rodger. We were unable to broadcast it at the time, so here it is now as a kind of Christmas Special.
In this wide ranging interview, the conversation begins with Pat growing up in Glasgow, his musical roots and Hue and Cry, the band he started with his brother and which is still going strong today.
From being in at the founding of the Sunday Herald, through to Scotland’s independent media today, Pat talks about the digital revolution and Scottish Independence with the kind of clarity rarely heard, but that is really his trademark.
